My husband struggles with executive function (also an indicator of ADHD, which he was treated for during most of his childhood up to college. The negative effects of the medication didn’t help his development growing up, however).

He does better when he has coffee in the morning but he becomes acclimated to  it after a few days and has to switch to something else. So today we made a coffee tincture and we are hoping that it will help better than having to drink three cups a day.

We have a list of tinctures we’re wanting to make so I’ll post those when we get around to them.

Despite how dirty my scale is I promise the jar was clean!

After 6-8 weeks we’ll strain the tincture and try it out. I used a 1:4 ratio of organic, ground coffee and vodka (ratios are g:mL).
