I understand contact and scheduling must be made to meet with the child and a legal guardian in order to pick out a crocheted toy

I understand that a toy will not be dropped off or mailed to individuals nominated but must meet in person at an agreed, public location

I understand I might have to travel and that a toy will not be dropped off at a porch, house, or apartment

I understand that scheduling must be made and might take time

I understand that this nominated child will be added to a charity list and is not guaranteed a toy by submitting this form
